  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure all original tags are included to avoid processing delays.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
